Cada cos s&#8217;ha anat moldejant a partir de les respostes que la persona ha generat per adaptar-se al medi social i familiar en el que li ha tocat viure.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">D&#8217;aquesta manera hem anat bloquejant algunes zones del nostre cos, hem apr\u00e8s a inhibir certes respostes i a evitar informacions conflictives. O b\u00e9 hem tingut que canviar subtilment una postura corporal per no sentir m\u00e9s un dolor f\u00edsic.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Aix\u00ed perdem espontane\u00eftat i flexibilitat de certs moviments i de capacitat de resposta, a la vegada que acc\u00e9s a mem\u00f2ries guardades i part de la nostra identitat.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Amb la Diafreo es busca l&#8217;harmonitzaci\u00f3 integral de la persona; partint d&#8217;un treball corporal i alliberant les experi\u00e8ncies i expressions guardades a les mem\u00f2ries corporals es pret\u00e9n recuperar tant la salut f\u00edsica com l&#8217;emocional.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">La Diafreo parteix dels principis de fisiologia muscular de Fran\u00e7oise M\u00e9zi\u00e8res: La musculatura dorsal, la que va del cap als peus, i que t\u00e9 una prolongaci\u00f3 de musculatura interna, es comporta com un sol m\u00fascul ja que els m\u00fasculs que la composen formen cadenes. Quan un o varis d&#8217;aquests m\u00fasculs s&#8217;escurcen afecten a tota la cadena posterior.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">La musculatura sempre tendeix a l&#8217;escur\u00e7ament, mai ens expressem o movem estirant els m\u00fasculs, sempre ho fem en contracci\u00f3, aix\u00ed que aquestes cadenes musculars estaran sempre escur\u00e7ades i hipert\u00f2niques.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Aquests escur\u00e7aments no nom\u00e9s s\u00f3n causats per raons f\u00edsiques tal i com deia F. M\u00e9zi\u00e8res, sin\u00f3 que s&#8217;acceleren pels processos d&#8217;adaptaci\u00f3 al nostre entorn. Aix\u00ed doncs aquests escur\u00e7aments de les cadenes musculars responen tant a causes f\u00edsiques com a ps\u00edquico-emocionals.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Quan ens expressem ho fem amb els nostres m\u00fasculs i quan ens defensem tamb\u00e9. Aquesta informaci\u00f3 l&#8217;anem registrant al nostre cos tensant la musculatura i bloquejant el cos. Tensant els m\u00fasculs i deixant de respirar sentim menys o deixem de sentir. Aix\u00f2 ens ajuda a sobreviure en situacions dif\u00edcils i traum\u00e0tiques disminuint o fent desapar\u00e8ixer els efectes negatius de les situacions, per\u00f2 el bloqueig romandr\u00e0 amb la mateixa alerta que en el moment que es va produir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Aquests bloqueigs poden venir d&#8217;edats primerenques i haver donat forma al nostre cos i perduri al llarg del nostre proc\u00e9s maduratiu. Aquests escur\u00e7aments s\u00f3n estructurals i formen el nostre car\u00e0cter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">En diafreo s&#8217;estiren les cadenes musculars cr\u00f2nicament contretes, observant les compensacions que van apareixen en diferents punts del cos, utilitzant diferents postures adaptades a cada persona.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">S&#8217;enfoca el treball des d&#8217;un punt de vista isom\u00e8tric, fent treballar el m\u00fascul des del seu m\u00e0xim estirament, aconseguint que guanyi elasticitat i for\u00e7a, i no duresa i contracci\u00f3 com en els treballs isot\u00f2nics (per exemple al aixecar peses o la majoria dels exercicis gimn\u00e0stics).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Al deixar anar l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de tensi\u00f3 de la musculatura de la cadena posterior, la cadena anterior, els m\u00fasculs del davant del cos, sempre amb falta de to muscular, tindran la possibilitat de guanyar aquest to que els hi falta. I les articulacions deixaran de ser estirades pels m\u00fasculs escur\u00e7ats podent recuperar el seu lloc i la seva funci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\">Amb tot aquest treball es vigila molt la respiraci\u00f3, intentant impedir que es produeixi un bloqueig.
